A Time to Celebrate!

You are invited to attend the Dedication of the Renovation Project, Sunday, March 6, at 10:45 a.m. during morning worship. A meal will follow. If you are able to R.S.V.P. that would be good, BUT if you are not able to respond, please come anyway and enjoy a lite meal with us.

After worship, we will dedicate the stained glass window in the fellowship hall and the kitchen while we remain at tables after lunch. Those who desire will then move upstairs with us as we consecrate our new chapel. Much of the dedicatory words will come from the exact dedicatory words used when the education wing was dedicated. Tours will be given. There are things you need to see, but also things you need to know about what we have done with the new construction.

The Myers family will begin singing at 10:40 a.m. They are members of Carrie and Cliff Shumate's family and Jeff is the son of the late Rose Carol Shumate. The Myers sing with such joy and enthusiasm. You will enjoy hearing them. Our own choir will sing two anthems and all of the ordained minister's in the congregation will participate in the service along with other church leaders.

Certainly, we aren't finished until we complete paying for the project and for additional work which we discovered needed doing while we were at work on the initial project. You will find a special offering envelope to make a contribution to the project over and above what you have pledged or simply to give to the project for the first time. We encourage you to be as generous as you are able to be.
