Creative Youth Ministry

Busy schedules call for drastic measures! If the youth can't come to youth group meetings, then the youth group will come to the youth!

Fall Football!

Last week several youth gathered to enjoy a fall night of football at the Bourbon County vs. Bath County football game. We were there to cheer on the Colonels in winning the district title and afterwards for a refreshment at McDonald's.

This week we have another fun opportunity and much warmer weather! Bourbon County Colonels will have their VERY LAST game against long-time rivals, the Paris Greyhounds. This youth minister may have to spend one half of the game on one side of the field and the other half on the other side of the field. The good news is, both sides will be good seats to watch all our band members march at half-time. Kick-off will be 7:30 p.m. and Bourbon County will host the event. (Maybe I can occupy the neutral zones outside the goalposts.)

Join us in cheering both teams to a good (injury free) game, great fun and fellowship together. Afterwards, we'll once again venture over to McDonald's for a delicious refreshment and more fellowship to congratulate one another on a game well-played.
