Department Responsibilities (As approved by the General Board on May 10, 1994)
- Supervise the care of the church building, grounds and all major equipment, recommending to the General Board major programs of repair, redecoration and maintenance.
- Help supervise the custodial staff.
- See that adequate insurance coverage is maintained on building, grounds, and equipment.
- Supervise the purchase and installation of all equipment relating to the building and grounds.

Submit a proposed budget for this department.
