REPAIR: Be a Story of Transformation

Famous as the home of the Kentucky Derby and the Louisville Slugger, Louisville is also looking to be known for something else. The mayor has made it a goal for the community to be known as the most compassionate city in America. Group Ministries’ Mission Trips “The Big Day of Serving” will be playing a role in helping Louisville fulfill this vision.

In order to play a part in bringing this dream to reality, “The Big Day of Serving “will be focusing on bringing neighborhood transformation to several specific neighborhoods. The projects there are going to be varied, so come ready. Projects might include:

  • park reclamation and beautification
  • general community clean-up
  • rehabbing and improving community centers

Don't worry: A variety of projects will be available at different levels of expertise, so NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

This event is about youth and adults uniting to serve, to bring hope and help to people in need. You can and will make a huge difference. JOIN US!

CYF and Chi-Rho Youth and interested adults are invited to participate in this one-day mission blitz event. Please see Tracy Parker for your registration.
