Department Responsibilities (As approved by the General Board on May 10, 1994)

  1. Supervise the care of the church building, grounds and all major equipment, recommending to the General Board major programs of repair, redecoration and maintenance.
  2. Help supervise the custodial staff.
  3. See that adequate insurance coverage is maintained on building, grounds, and equipment.
  4. Supervise the purchase and installation of all equipment relating to the building and grounds.
  5. Submit a proposed budget for this department.
