…Most of the staff of the church average over 10 years of service to First Christian.

…Jerry Price is working diligently to prepare for the next phase of renovation to the church building.  His project centers on the front of the church, restoring the wooden doors, fixing the front steps and other things that will insure proper repair of our unique and beautiful building.  Ask Jerry to show you what is in the plans.  We will address these needs as soon as money is found to use toward this project.

…Thanks to the kitchen crew and support staff for Vacation Bible School.

…Going through the cassette tapes at my parents former home, I discovered a tape I made of an interview with my grandfather and father, asking them questions about family genealogy and where folks lived and what they did.  Imagine the joy I experienced hearing those voices again.

…Lets remember to keep our stewardship strong in the summer months.

Moving to the deeper places,

Jeff
