High Seas Expedition—Setting Sail Soon!

Are you ready for a week of great fun and learning? We are about to set sail for our High Seas Expedition where we will explore the Mighty Love of God.

On Sunday we'll learn that God's word is true when we hear about how God frees Peter from prison. Scully the Rat leads us through our learning as we play games and have fun together.

Monday we hear from Marina the Dolphin that God's word is comforting when we learn of how God comforts Paul in a storm at sea. We'll also celebrate together by enjoying some comfort food with our Pot-Luck dinner. We'll start the party a little earlier that evening so everyone will have plenty of time to eat together. Bring a dish to share and plan to have a great fellowship meal on Monday, June 17th at 5 p.m.

Tuesday we meet Wink the Monkey who will share with us how God's word is surprising when we hear the tale of Paul getting bit by a poisonous snake and surviving. There is just no end to the excitement we'll share when we gather together this week.

Wednesday Salty Pelican flies in to tell us how God's word is life-changing when we hear about Peter and John teaching about Jesus. Many lives were transformed then and continue to be today when we gather together to learn more of God and learn to live a life that is pleasing to God.

Thursday night will be our last night together. Lacey the Spider will share how God's word is for everyone and how we can share the Good News with all our friends. We'll hear about how our first Christian communities formed and grew in the early church and have fun learning how to help our own faith community grow while others grow in God's love. Thursday evening's Floating Finale will be an event where all our friends and family can join us to hear about the great fun we had this week and we will share with our guests the music and games we learned together.
