Information
The last two weeks we could not mail out the newsletter because the program that prints the mailing labels malfunctioned.
Thanks to Louie Stubblefield for taking a look at it and to Jeff Miller for fixing the problem.
We recently had the sanctuary ceiling repaired and the radiators repainted. We are preparing to have the entrances aprons to the church parking lot repaved. They are in terrible shape. We may have the parking lot sealed.
We will host a meal for the Paris Storytelling Festival followed by ghost stories in the gazebo on May 11th. The meal will offer us an opportunity to raise funds for an outreach ministry and welcome a number of people into the church building that night.
On Sunday, May 13th, we will welcome back Bill Lepp nationally known storyteller to our 10:45 service. We will also have a special remembrance and honoring of mothers that day. We will request that you bring a picture of your mother to display in the sanctuary.
Please plan to attend the joint Easter Sunrise worship at 7 a.m. at the Cane Ridge Shrine. We will worship with Clintonville Christian, Prodigals House and North Middletown Christian that morning.
We will resurrect Holy Humor Sunday in some form, April 8th, the Sunday after Easter. If you have a bit of humor you would like to share that morning, let me know.
Have a great week!
Moving to the deeper places,
Jeff
