Wouldn’t you?

Please read John 8:31-38

"If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

True disciples continue in the word.

In the word disciples discover truth.

The truth must be sought after.

Which means the truth is not always clear and obvious.

I would like for it to always be clear and obvious.

Wouldn't you?

Jesus says that the truth is discovered in the word.

The truth must be discovered, uncovered, revealed.

This is the work of the church.

And of his disciples.
